Moot Court

The practical training of “Moot Court”, i.e., drama of Court is one of the activity which is assigned in the syllabus by which a student gets the opportunity to cultivate self possession, fluency, clarity of enunciation, practice of court procedure, experience in the art of persuasion and presenting cases. Goalpara Law College has also a separate Moot Court Hall in the memory of its founder principal Lt Guru Charan Das. GLC conducts Moot Court competitions and mock trial regularly as a part of practical training for law students. The Moot Court is conducting on the basis of problems assign to the law students. The problem contains several points or issues of legal importance. The participants shall render both written and oral submissions of their arguments.
